Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling exists in a complex legal environment in Malaysia and that they are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful under Malaysian law. vipcuci2 is not regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, or any Malaysian government authority.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

To access the full features of the Platform, you are required to create a registered Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must not use fictitious details or impersonate another individual.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. vipcuci2 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access in writing.
vipcuci2 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with our KYC obligations. You may be requested to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed or at any time thereafter at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
The Platform is made available solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Users may access and use the Platform's games, betting markets, and account management tools for lawful gambling activities in compliance with these Terms.
vipcuci2 aims to maintain Platform availability of 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, legal compliance, or other operational reasons, without prior notice.
Users are responsible for ensuring their device, operating system, and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to access and use the Platform. vipcuci2 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the User's failure to maintain compatible technical infrastructure.
The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as the primary account currency. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. vipcuci2 is not responsible for any fluctuation in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal where applicable.
vipcuci2 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank online banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting from RM30 for e-wallets and RM50 for bank transfers. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are generally credited to the Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via FPX may take 5 to 15 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing times.
Deposit limits apply per transaction and per period depending on the payment method and the User's VIP tier. Users may self-impose additional deposit limits via Account Settings as part of our Responsible Gambling programme. Self-imposed deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a seven (7) day cooling-off period.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. vipcuci2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be reversed and the Account subject to review.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) KYC verification is completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses are met; (c) the withdrawal does not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits; (d) the Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes or compliance reviews.
vipcuci2 targets the following indicative processing times for withdrawals: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 15 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — 30 minutes to several hours subject to bank cut-off times; cryptocurrency USDT TRC20 — subject to network confirmation times, typically 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
As a general policy, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the applicable method supporting withdrawals. Where this is not possible, vipcuci2 reserves the right to process the withdrawal via an alternative method after verification.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and incentives offered by vipcuci2 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., "35x"). Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
vipcuci2 reserves the right to void bonuses, withdraw promotional funds, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the applicable validity period (as stated in each promotion's terms) will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance without notice or compensation.
All casino games available on the vipcuci2 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently verified for fairness. Sports betting odds are set in accordance with market conditions and our commercial agreements with odds providers. vipcuci2 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any game or bet.
All bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the respective game or sport. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Malaysia for Liga Super matches), the official result shall prevail. vipcuci2 reserves the right to void or recalculate bets in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, or obvious pricing errors.
In the event of a game or system malfunction, vipcuci2 reserves the right to void all bets and return stakes. A malfunction voids all pays and play. Users are not entitled to claim winnings arising from a demonstrable system malfunction.

vipcuci2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, forfeit all balances therein, and report the matter to appropriate authorities where legally required.
All content on the vipcuci2 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vipcuci2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or published without the prior written consent of vipcuci2.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipcuci2, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gambling losses of any kind.
vipcuci2's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 7. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
vipcuci2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: the User has breached these Terms; the Account is subject to fraud, money laundering suspicion, or regulatory risk; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other users.
Upon termination of an Account, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the User via the User's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being fulfilled. vipcuci2 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Account suspension or termination where such action is taken in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vipcuci2 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact vipcuci2 support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. vipcuci2 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
vipcuci2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered Users. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
